Robinson Crusoe is a novel written by Daniel Defoe who is labeled as the father of English novel,and it is published in 1719.The book has been printed over 700 editions during the past more than 200 years.It is mainly about the life and adventure of the hero Robinson Crusoe being a who experienced profusions of difficulties during the period of being a sailor and came back to England at last.The characters of Robinson Crusoe has entered the consciousne of each succeeding generation.Its readers of all ages over the years who have given Robinson Crusoe abiding position as a claic world literature masterpiece to the public.In this book , the characters of Robinson Crusoe are not depicts by the author , but from what he writes and describes of the lief of Robinson ,the characters of this character makes a striking impreion on readers.Of course , the characters of Robinson Crusoe reflects some characters of the author , that's to say , Daniel Defoe he himself and his life and experience is the original model of Robinson Crusoe to some extent.The analyses of Robinson Crusoe can be illustrated as follows：

adventure , he met with different kinds of difficulties and disasters , but he faced with them and managed to overcome them succefully at last.When he went to sea , he met with storms many times.To begin with , he felt regretful , because he ate his own medicine for he rebelled his father's suggestion of just staying at home as a people of middle--cla.After he experienced the storms for the first time in his life , he even wanted to be a repent prodigal son and came home.But after that , he became perseverant in his dream again.He met with pirates and became slaver , he also was rushed into the sea and eventually became the only survivor of the disaster.He was ill on the solitary island and was in desperate need of neceary food and clothes.But he had to face with it and dealt with the loneline and the fear of the coming of the savages.He survived all the disasters with the help of this kind of character.Robinson Crusoe has strong will and enterprise.He was born in a middle--cla family , his father also wanted him to learn law or to be a merchant and take over the estate so that he could lead a relatively rich life and wold not be bothered by the troubles which the people in the upper--cla or the lower--cla had.But Robinson Crusoe insisted his dreams of going to sea despite that his family was disapproved.He was so eager to fulfill his desire.Once his father said that if he went to sea , he would be the most miserable wretch that was ever born.The disasters he met afterwards demonstrated his father's words accurately.However , the most important thing is that during the period of his adventure he had experienced so much and achieved his dream , which made his life and the misfortunes worthwhile.All those happened because of his enterprise in his deep heart.Robinson Crusoe is a man who is grateful as well as benevolent.During his voyage he was helped by the captain and master and the master's wife and the people who were on the plantations.He also saved Friday and Friday's father and the captain who was betrayed and he taught Friday how to speak English and converted him to be a convinced Christian.He went back to England with the help of many other people.After he was in England again , he got his estate and other poeions back and he also helped the people who helped him before , and he gave some money to his sisters and nephews.Although he settled down in England quite well and led a relatively rich life afterwards , he still wanted to go back to the island to see the people and their life.So he brought a lot of neceities , women ,and animals to the island.As we all know , One lives in the world and he must learn to give and take ,learn to be a benefactor and he will be a beneficiary at the same time.Robinson Crusoe is a man of brave and intelligence , When he was captured and became a slaver and confined by the patron for 2 years ,he tried his best to escape from his the slavery.When he survived the disaster and lived alone on the island , he had to conquer all the difficulties he met with.To find the foods and make clothes and the pieces of furniture by himself completely is never easy ,what's more , he had to overcome the fear of the coming of the savages and the illne which made him suffered a lot.But he got over these troubles with his brave and intelligence.When he fought with Friday and others against the mutineers and the difficulties they met with on the way back to England , especially the coldne and the wolves.His earning money by the dealing with merchants and running of his estate and plantations really demonstrated his power and smarts.From the analyses of the characters of Robinson Crusoe , we can easily know that he is a man of intelligence, brave ,perseverance , benevolence
