A Book Report about the Little Prince

Recently I read a book named the Little Prince.It was published in 1943 and written by a French writer named Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.As we all know, the Little Prince is a warm story about life, love and innocence, which touched millions of hearts all over the world.The imaginative words of the Little Prince captured adults and children’s heart and made grown-ups think about backing to innocence.There are two main characters in the Little Prince: the little prince and I.The story happened like this: one day, I was flying on the plane acro the Sahara Desert while the engine broke down, so I had to make an emergency landing to fix my engine up.Suddenly, the little prince showed up and asked me to draw him a little sheep.Through talking to the little prince, I got the information about where did he come from and who is he gradually.He came from a very, very tiny planet named B-612, which was not much bigger than a house.On his planet, there were three small volcanoes and a rose.But loneline always took some part of his heart.When he felt lonely, He would watch sunset.One day, his heart was filled with loneline again, he watched sunset for 14 times to relief that.One normal day, the wind brought a seed of rose to his planet.Finding it with great surprise and joy, he looked after it carefully.Finally, the rose grew up and was in bloom.Rose and the little prince loved each other very much, however, the rose loved the little prince so much that she was too nervous to say the correct words, and hurt the heart of the little sensitive prince.So he set his journey.After visiting 6 different asteroids, he came to the Earth.During his journey, he had conversations with asteroids’ inhabitants, including a king, a conceited man, a tippler, a busineman, a lamplighter and a geographer, from whom he found how ridiculous and boring the world of grown-ups is.The grown-ups have lost their sensibility to nature and life, which makes them unable to see the world in a dull and immutable way.That kind of shrewdne made them feel they were smart and shrewd, but actually, they were wrong, totally wrong.Because we all know that how innocence would be of great value in the world which innocence was in short supply.They began to ignore some tiny happine and joy,began to lose some sensitive feelings and began to lose themselves.Therefore, losing all kinds of innocent ideas and vision of the real world, the little prince took us to have a glance at the children’s beautiful world and remind us the innocence and pure understanding about the world within us.Go back to innocence, and learn to use our hearts to observe everything, not only by using our eyes;go back to innocence, with the attitude of being grateful to everything around us;go back to innocence, learn to use happine to relief from the complicated grown-up’s stuff--in children’s world , there is nothing but laughter and innocence.Try to go back to the innocent world within us and do not let it go.
