Scarlett, is a brave and charming girl, I admire and respect her courage and activity.“After all, tomorrow is another day.” she give me the strength and tell me to be strong when I have trouble, although there are also many shortages on her, anyway, I like her.Many people think Scarlett is vain or stingy, because she loves money ,position ,and rich life;in order to get what she want, she tried any way she can despite what she would lost in that way.However, all these shortages just show her own individuality.Maybe you wouldsayMelanie Hamiltonis more kind, gentle and honorablethan Scarlett, but I think Melanie is too perfect to find in our reality, she seems to be untrue.How can we find such a perfect person in our society? Melanie seems to be an ideal who only exist in our imagination, but Scarlett does exist in the reality ,she is true and lively.Nobody is perfect.Scarlett does care about the material comforts because she had been tormented by the poverty, she don’t want to suffer that again, so she try her best to make money;try her best to keep her land---Tara.In order to reach that purpose, she even sacrifice her marriage.She is better than

the people who just complainabout the situation but don’t try to change it.About her love, I think she is unfortunate, because she was in love with Ashley---a person she never understand, and at last she found it’s not Ashley that she was in love with ,but her own feelings she imagined on him.Finally, when she realized that the man she really love is Rhett, it’s too late.“You're throwing away happine with both hands.And reaching out for something that will never make you happy.” That is right , and I hope I will never like her in my love

Anyway, I like this book.And I like Scarlett, too.
