看完这部电影令我学到了很多。
从语言学习的角度，演员精彩的表演，可爱而又说的理直气壮的地方口音，令我听到了另一种英语。以前我一直听的都是标准的美式英语，从来没有关注过这些带有浓重地方色彩的“方言”。这就好比一个人只听新闻联播，而不知道有四川方言或者广东话一样。经过演员们的演绎，我才了解到方言的妙处。它有它可爱的地方，语言总是朴素，直率，热烈的，虽然与标准的英语很不一样，但能够通过这些不一样，传达出最真实的东西。方言与标准用语，感觉就好比大白话与文言文一样了。
故事的情节告诉我，一个人，学习东西不但要学到形式，而且要学到“神”，要将其转化为自己的思想，才是最终将所学掌握。学为所用，就是这个道理。还有，学习一样东西必须要对它感兴趣，才能真正坚持学习下去。如果不感兴趣，就很有可能半途而废。
当然，学习还少不了好老师的指导和好伙伴的鼓励。学习成功不但要有适合自己的学习方法，还要有坚定的意志和长久的毅力。万事开头难，就像刚开始Elisa发音很不标准，用尽方法都没有纠正过来，只是消极的接受Higgins的方法反复练习。但是Higgins鼓励她的话让她变被动学习为主动学习，终于突破了发音的难关。
电影还告诉我们，要变成淑女，不光要言行高雅，更关乎一个人的思想独立和自立自尊自爱。当一个人言行高雅思想独立并且关爱他人的时候，就能够获得人们的尊重。
