Feeling and Experience of English Training I am an English teacher in primary school.When I graduated from Bao Ding Universty.There is no more chance to speak English with some foreign teachers.So I’m very happy that I can study with Sara and thirty excellent English teachers.Gradually ,It will be the end of the training.I enjoy the time from nervous to happine.From here,I have known a lot of things that I did’t know before,such as collaboration and cooperation,American culture, American holidays and so on.Now I will share you some feelings about this training from three parts.Firstly,Let me introduce my teacher ,Sara,she comes from American.and she has a boyfriend.she works for special education.It is a surprise that she does this training on free totally.But she is only twenty-four years old.Secondly ,during the training,the key word is “team”.To practice oral English, taking into account the daily life, cultural background and English teaching method introduction and guidance, let English teachers in foreign history feel the natural language, culture atmosphere under the theory of language, master the practical skills.I am young English teacher and I cherish the opportunity to study hard and take the initiative to get more opportunities to speak English.It is a great honor for me to have this opportunity to share and share with you the experience of attending the English training program here.Morning to practice oral English, taking into account the daily life, cultural background and English teaching method introduction and guidance, and teacher face to face, authentic reproduction of the scene, Sarahelps us to create a pure English learning environment, training English thinking skills, I only speak English in cla, practice every day with the increase in an English environment, so the brain constantly in accept the pure English impact, coupled with the teacher's patient guidance, training proce and formed in the real natural foreigners exchange in the habit of thinking language.Also, teachers in the claroom, the teacher's body language and facial expreion is worth learning, after leon, and the teacher will feel closer, Sara give us a topic every day is fresh, let us have something to look forward to every day.This allows us to learn more than the spoken English, but also learned a lot of practical teaching methods.In the training cla is not a Chinese, all students in order to understand the teacher's words and can communicate with, learn very hard, meet new words or dictionary;or between students discu with each other;or trying to ask the teacher.The teacher is kind and enthusiastic to give a detailed answer to questions raised by each student.She has colorful teaching skills, make us feel that every cla has a fresh, after each leon has a hope, even after cla, students are tight around the foreign exchange, inquiry and discuion.There is no serious face, scold language, the teacher used a kind of trust and look at every one of the students, so that we feel their friendship.After listening to the foreign teacher's leon, I really feel the way to teach language is so vivid and interesting.At the same time, foreign teachers treat the work seriously, responsible profeionalism.In fact, we learn from teachers there is not only English, Western cultural knowledge, we also learned their English teachers need to improve things, including teaching methods and evaluation of students and so on, is that we eye-opening, are worthy of our study.Here, we learned a lot of games, a variety of games, improved learning efficiency, so I received great inspiration.Lastly, In addition to teaching, I learned some of the qualities that teachers themselves need to learn from Sara.1, work attitude This training gave me the deepest impreion is that earnest teachers who have, it can also be said to be “full of vitality”, also can be seen as a “paion” in short, and together they feel full of sunshine, full of hope for life.2, teachers basic skills learning To become a good teacher, basic skills are very important, and accurate pronunciation is not allowed to be sloppy.I think I will bring back the knowledge I learned in training to my claroom teaching so that my students can understand the fun of learning English.English helps to improve students' listening comprehension teaching English, is conducive to the students with a lot of English speaking students for demonstration, imitation, to stimulate the students' desire to speak English, and improve students' interest in learning English.The teacher only in English teaching from the beginning, students may not be used, also do not understand, teachers can use pictures, models, with gestures, movements and facial expreions and other means to help students understand, help students quickly adapt to a English environment.To do anything is to insist, as long as insist, students will gradually improve listening ability.
