后进生的教育是学校教育的永恒主题，并且在后进生的教育工作中是一个重点，也是一个难点。调查表明非智力因素是形成后进生的主要原因, 而后进生的转化工作是学校教育工作的一项重要任务，它的成败与否关系到学校、家庭与社会的三位一体的发展变化。后进生转化的效果如何, 不仅关系到学生自身的前途, 也影响着社会的安定和人才质量的高低, 它是学校教育工作中无法回避又有着深远影响的重要课题。要结合教育、教学实践, 根据后进生个性心理差异形成的原因及外在表现, 来确定转化后进生的方法策略和工作原则。
本文针对目前数学后进生不断增加的现状,有目的地选取了介于初一到初三这一学龄段的三个不同类型的数学后进生A、B、C。根据以上的具体情况，对后进生的形成原因进行分析，并通过对后进生心理因素剖析,提出了转化和教育后进生的措施。从后进生数学学习心理问题转化的角度出发,进行个案研究。关 键 词: 后进生；形成原因；心理因素；转化；教育对策；个案研究。

The underachiever education is the eternal theme of school education，and it is a key as well as a difficult point to educate those underachievers.Lnvestigations indicate that the main reasons of becoming Le-advanced students are out of in telligence.The underachiever transformation work is an important task of school education work, succe or failure of it is related to the trinity of the school, family and social development and changes.How to make the backward students better is no t only a problem link with the students them selves future, but also can influence on social steady and talent quality.It is an important subject with unable avoidable matter and deep significance in school education.W e should link with education, teaching practices, the cause and display of the formation according to the individual character difference in psychology to definite the measures and working principle.Aimed at current situation that mathematics underachievers are increasing, wedeliberately select mathematics underachievers from grade 1 to grade 3 in junior middle schools aspatterns A B and C.Is according to the actual circumstances of the above, this paper analyzes the underachiever formation reasons, through the analyses of the back word student 's psychohoy，the author puts forward suggestion and measures honts educate and change the backword students.According to transformation of mathematics underachievers' psychological problems.we do case study,KEY WORD：The underachiever；Forming reason；Psychological factors ；Transform into ；Education countermeasures；Case Study。
