2T双门架伸缩式叉车总体设计及门架有限元分析

摘要

叉车是一种应用普遍的起重运输机械,在铁路货场、港口以及工厂大量使用。起升机构是叉车的基本机构之一,其设计质量对起重机性能有直接的影响,因此掌握起升机构的设计方法对起重机设计具有重要意义。论文是以具体工程项目为背景,进行2T双门架伸缩式叉车总体设计及门架有限元分析。论文主要完成以下工作:首先,机构及部件的设计以及计算;然后进行起升机构布置方式的总体设计;再进行起升机构总图设计与零件图的设计;最后使用Solidworks软件进行起升机构中门架和货叉的三维设计,并通过ANSYS分析是否合格。具体工作如下:

论文一开始介绍了叉车的用途以及现代叉车的发展趋势。然后根据2T双门架伸缩式电动叉车的设计要求,结合所学的专业知识,按照国家相关规范和起重机设计手册进行了部分简单的设计计算。设计计算过程中主要进行了方案选择,总体布置和驱动方式的确定。详细计算叉车电动机功率,重心,整车稳定性等方面。通过计算和校核表明所设计和选择的方案符合国家规范,以满足用户提出的技术要求。最后,按照设计和选择的零件型号,查找相关数据进行制图,将各部件装配在一起,绘制出本次设计主要研究的门架货叉机构图及零件图等。对采用Solidworks软件所进行的零件三维造型和装配工作也做了简单介绍。

首先确定叉车基本参数:轴距为1500mm,起重量为2T,起升高度3000mm,载荷中心距为500mm,运行速度为20km等相关数据,然后由此计算出叉车重心位置,稳定性校核。计算结果表明稳定性校核通过相关标准。货叉和门架采用标准尺寸设计,设计完成,先计算出理论结果,理论载荷货叉为QMQ021560N,内门架为23580N,外门架为28295N。计算出结果后,通过ANSYS V12进行强度分析,外门架最大变形为6.1298mm,最大应力为163.62MPa;内门架最大变形为26.934mm,最大应力为327.75MPa,货叉最大变形为11.213mm,最大应力为122.03MPa,均在满足设计要求。

通过这次毕业设计,熟悉了解了叉车的设计计算过程,通过制图提高了自己对Solidworks的应用能力和对Solidworks的熟悉程度,巩固了所学的专业知识,为今后的工作和进一步学习奠定了基础。同时对ANSYS软件有了进一步了解。

Abstract The forklift is a universal application of material handling equipment, used in railway freight yard and a large number of ports and factories.The hoisting mechanism is one of the basic institutions of the forklift, the quality of its design has a direct impact to the crane performance, so grasp the lifting mechanism design has a great significance to crane design.The thesis is based on specific projects as the background, the 2T double door frame telescopic forklift overall design and the door frame finite element analysis.Thesis complete the following: First, agencies and components design and calculation;Second, Overall design the arrangement of the hoisting mechanism;Third, Carried out the general layout design of hoisting mechanism and the design of the part drawing;Finally use the Solidworks software design the door frame and fork lifting on Hoisting mechanism, and qualified them by the ANSYS analysis.Specific activities include the following:

The thesis introduces the use of forklift and the development trends of modern forklift.As 2T double door frame retractable electric forklift design requirements, the combination of expertise, in accordance with national norms and crane design manual design calculations some part.The main program options and the overall layout and drive way in the design and calculation proce.Forklift motor power, the center of gravity, vehicle stability detailed calculations.Calculation and verification that the design and selection program in line with national norms to meet the basic requirements of the thesis.Finally, in accordance with the design and selection of parts model, find the relevant data mapping, the various components fit together and draw a diagram and parts diagram for the design of the door frame Fork institutions.Solidworks software parts of three-dimensional modeling and aembly work also gives a brief introduction.First determine the forklift basic parameters:the wheelbase is 3000mm, the weight is 2T, lifting height is 1500mm,the load center distance is 500mm, the running speed of 20km and other relevant data, and then calculated the forklift center of gravity position, the stability check.The results show that the stability check conform the relevant standards.Forks and door frame in a standard size design, the design is completed, first calculate the theoretical results, the theoretical loading fork, the inner door frame is 23580N, the outer door frame is 28295N.Strength analysis of the calculated results of ANSYS the V12, the outer door frame deformation is 6.1298mm maximum stre is 163.62MPa;the door frame deformation is 26.934mm maximum stre is 327.75MPa, the maximum deformation of the fork is 11.213mm, the maximum stre is 122.03MPa all meet the design requirements.Through this graduation design, Understanding familiar with the forklift design and calculation proce, by mapping to improve the ability of Solidworks and familiarity with the Solidworks to consolidate the expertise, and laid the foundation for future work and further study.ANSYS software has been further understanding.Keywords:2 T electric forkliftDouble door frame ForkFinite element analysis
