For the education, we reach an end: 1.Add the aids to help the Africa countries improve their teaching facilities and train more high ability teachers, 2.Set a certain amount of profeional teacher to increase the teaching level in Africa and give the better education to the local student.We are now trying to: a)complete the elementary education in the whole Africa, b)develop the tertiary education, first in the south part of Africa, step by step, c)start the preprimary education for the young kid as well, 3.Hold the sexual education and psychological education properly at times, 4.Emphasize the significant of the equal education.Completion of healthcare system a).Prevention and the vaccines 1.Isolates patients who suffer from infected diseases to stop more children from being infected.2.Popularizes the knowledge on prevention of some severe diseases such as AIDS.Since the problem of education can be solved, then African countries can set up some subjects in schools.Also, UNICEF can send volunteers to various specific areas to do this, in order to ensure the high conversant rate of popularity.3.Advices UNICEF to make research vaccines of some major diseases and build blood serum stations；UNICEF can popularize the knowledge of vaccines, and then offer them to African countries where related diseases are severe.b).Medical help/aids
1.New Zealand can provide advanced equipments and techniques(with low price);Calls on UNICEF to organize medical groups to Africa.2.Advices UNICEF to make cooperation with WHO, to build better hospitals and clinics.c).Registration of infants and healthcare for children and mothers 1.Calls on UNICEF to pay more attention to the infants’ registration systems in Africa, to fight against child trafficking.2.Advices to pay more attention on the nutrition for children and female.
