强化团队意识—拓展训练心得体会
风和日丽。经过人力资源部半个多月以来的策划和组织，公司20多名员工一早就开赴广州笑翻天拓展乐园，进行为期一天的拓展训练。此次活动得到了公司领导的重视和支持，部分领导如财务总监涂凤翔、行政人事总监陈邓宏等全程参加了第一期培训。
这不是一次普通的郊游或者娱乐活动，而是活泼生动而又非常具有教育和纪念意义的体验式培训。有研究表明：人类对听到的大约可以记住10%，对看到的大约可以记住25%，对亲自经历过的大约可以记住80%。一天的训练，使平时耳熟能详的“团队精神”变得内容丰富、寓意深刻，训练带来了心灵的冲击，引发内心的思考。以下我把自己的心得和感受与所有的同仁们进行分享。
在第一环节——“团队破冰”中有这样一个游戏：
20个人站成一排，双手交叠放在身前。在不允许说话、没有手势，甚至不能用口型、眼神的情况下，按每个人的生日从小到大正确排列成一行。
一开始，大家都流露出迷茫、疑惑的神情，不知所措。期间，有个别员工开始偷偷私下交流。而一旦违反游戏规则，全队要受罚。每当有1人说话，全队必须做5个深蹲。
在“严峻的形势”面前，大家开始想办法，于是有的摇头示意、有的用脚在地下划拉、有的用下蹲的次数来表示，方法虽然很多，但很不统一，乱成一团。于是杨升超自发站了出来，在队前示范着下蹲的方法。经过全队的努力，我们终于准确地排列完成。
