As a result, the popularity of fast food and takeaway food has risen. In many urban areas, people who traditionally ate their main meal at midday now enjoy it in the evening,after work.

In my point of view healthy food have aclose connection with healthy lifestyle, if people do more exercise it is hardto have a bad diet. I prefer hamburgers, although I know that they are high calories but still for me it is really attractive, after I eat high calories I always dosome exercise.
Also I have a strong passion on finding delicious food. Ilike to eat typical tradition Chinese food because my mom is ourfamily chef and every dish she cooked all look amazing and taste unforget table delicious.
I also like to try new things and bizarre food that others scared to eat.

to sum up, insignificant as those changes may seem, they are the signs of the improved economic condition in china. we believe that as long as the effort continuous in reform and opening to the outside world, there will be greater changes in peoples diet in the future.
