一、指导思想
认真学习新课程教学大纲和全册教材。明确教学任务和教材体系，把握重点单元和章节，在此基础上制订全学期授课计划。掌握教材的教育因素和知识点，根据教材和学生的实际，确定重点难点，明确德育渗透，双基训练、智能培养等各项教学目标，精心设计教学程序，选定最佳教学方法。端正教育思想，全面贯彻教育方针，努力探索教学规律，遵循教学原则，积极推进素质教育.二、教学目标
在新课改理论的指导下，我将以学校课改要求和英语教研组工作计划为指导，积极听课，加强课堂教学，高效地完成本学期英语教学目标。并积极参加教科研活动，加强理论学习，努力使自身的教学水平、业务能力有更大的提高。同时，通过传授与学生生活密切联系的英语知识，训练英语的听说能力，培养学生学习英语的兴趣和运用英语的能力，最终使学生从“学会英语”向“会用英语”发展。
三、学情分析
本学期我担任七年级英语教学工作并担任英语科组长，这一届的学生中，学生英语基础知识和听说能力水平不一，大部分学生虽然在小学接触过英语，但应用能力十分薄弱，特别是听力题，大部分学生听起来都很吃力。面对学生掌握英语的程度不一，我将采用高效课堂模式，分层教学与整体教学相结合的方式完成教学任务，努力提高他们的英语水平。另外，有些学生在情感态度、学习策略和文化意识方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：个别学生不明确学习英语的目的；有些同学对学好英语缺乏自信，不敢用英语表达；缺乏小组合作意识；一些学生没养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性；不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。所以，现阶段最重要的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣和积极性，帮助他们增强信心，克服困难。除了从思想上给予引导之外，更重要的是在教学上，有针对性、目的性、有系统、有计划地上好课。
四、教材分析
本书共12个单元，其中包括3个预备单元和9个正式单元。本书在之前教材的基础上有所变动，对Self-check部分删除，新增加了音标部分，另外对教材重新进行了整合。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目和语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A和B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。
五、教学重点和难点
本书教学的重点和难点在于根据学生已有的知识结构和认知规律导入新的教学内容；运用每单元的知识点在课堂上组织学生进行结对和小组练习；组织学生在课堂上运用英语完成各类任务及对学生完成任务的情况作出评价等。六．具体工作
其一，我必须认真细致的钻研课程，一步步切实做到“研”课。首先，我必须认真贯彻学校布置的提前一周备课任务，结合学校新课改要求，把握课程的重难点，在教材上认真圈点勾画，初步思考设计教学步骤与环节，预设学生在学习过程中可能出现的问题与困惑，自我实现初步备课；其次，我会利用每周一次的组内教研活动与课下的闲暇时间，与大家主动交流探讨新课的教授方法，对于有疑问的知识点主动提问求教，及时化解疑难；另外，值得一提的是，在每节课前，我都会再次修改导学案，在初次备课的基础上，根据学生最近期的学习水平，仔细斟酌教学环节的设计，尤其是各个环节时间的分配。最后一步，也是不容忽视的一步就是在每次课下，我会在第一时间反思本节课的教学效果，总结成败的原因，并及时记录。
其二，我要积极听课、评课。我要抱着虚心学习的态度，积极地参加听课，在听课过程中对照自我，获得提升。同时加强不同年级英语教师间的相互听课，向新老教师学习，以取长补短，提高教师的教学水平。听课时作好详实笔记，并在课后交换意见，以相互学习，共同进步。
其三，做好课后辅导工作，七年级学生爱动、好玩，缺乏自控能力，常在学习上不能按时完成作业，有的学生抄袭作业，针对这种问题，就要抓好学生的思想教育，并使这一工作惯彻到对学生的学习指导中去，还要做好对学生学习的辅导和帮助工作，尤其在后进生的转化上，对后进生努力做到从友善开始。做好优生的辅导工作，并对后进生及时做好扶差工作，以提高合格率。尽量地去了解学生的心理特征。另外，有相当一部分学生很胆小，在学习不愿意开口。针对这种情况，要尽量去了解每一个学生，摸准他们的心理脾气，在教学中尊重他们，关心体贴他们，及时鼓励他们。对那些双差生，应满怀热情地关心爱护他们，决不嫌弃、歧视，而是不厌其烦地说理教育。从赞美着手，所以，和差生交谈时，对他的处境、想法表示深刻的理解和尊重。在学习中尽量降低对他们的要求，尽力鼓励他们，尽量地捕捉他们的闪光点，从思想上点燃他们进取的火花。
另外，作为一名老师，我必须不断给自己充电，充实自我。积极进读教学专著，并写心得体会。能够抓住机会积极参加教学评优活动，多落实课改方案。同时作为英语教师坚持养成听英语新闻，看英语节目，阅读英语报纸和杂志的习惯，以不断提高自己的英语水平，适应新时期对英语教师的要求。
总之，有了目标、有了计划，我相信成功的彼岸将不会离我们太遥远。我将一直怀揣“学校课改”的先进理念，矢志不渝地与我校所有优秀的老师为伍，紧追“学校课改”的步伐，在实践中思考，在思考中寻求进步，力争实现自我更大地提升！课程安排及教学进度：

七年级音乐教学工作计划
（2014—2015学年上学期）
新学期，新挑战，为了使教学工作开展得更好，在教学中有明确的方向和目标，特制订教学计划如下：
一、指导思想
认真贯彻党的教育方针和政策，全面推进素质教育，努力提高学生的音乐综合素质，培养青少年学生对音乐艺术的学习兴趣，有效的提高学生的艺术修养。
二、学生情况分析
本年级共有四个班。学生对学习音乐比较感兴趣，有了一定欣赏能力，但对于音乐的表现力等方面还有欠缺，乐理知识也相对薄弱，学生还不能通过音乐感受音乐与生活的联系，因此，需要更全面的培养学生的音乐素养。
三、教材分析
本册教材是人民音乐出版社出版教材，教材分为以下六个单元：歌唱祖国、缤纷舞曲、草原牧歌、欧洲风情、劳动的歌、嵩岳风。涉及到声乐、乐理知识、乐曲欣赏、实践创造等内容。教材内容结构合理，编排有序，符合学生认知规律，插图精美、形象生动、活泼新颖，能激发学生学习音乐的兴趣。
