浑水摸鱼
成语出处: 语源和意源不详.公元前6世纪希腊寓言家伊索的《伊索寓言渔夫》
中讲的是混水摸鱼的故事：一位渔夫在河里捕鱼时，先拦河张网，然后用绳子拴上石块，面向鱼网击打水底，鱼吓得到处乱游，有些撞进网里。当地有人见渔夫这样做，责怪他把水搅浑了，使人不能喝到清水。渔夫说：“若不是把水搅浑，我就捕不到鱼，捕不到鱼，我就得饿死。”
有人把它作为“浑水摸鱼”的来源。我们认为寓言译介到中国来的时间与《三十六
计》成书时间的先后关系有待进一步考证。

班门弄斧典故（中英对照）
古代有一个建筑和雕刻技术非常高超的人，名叫鲁班，木匠行里尊称他为祖师。传说他曾用木头制作了一只五彩斑斓的凤凰，能够在空中飞翔三天不掉下来。在鲁班门前摆弄斧子，当然显得有些自不量力了。
