委托人在此授权作为受托人，由其指派代理律师代表委托人对中国境内的任何侵权人就其侵犯委托人及其他相关事项在中国提起诉讼(包括民事诉讼、行政诉讼、刑事自诉或公诉程序的一审、二审、再审和执行程序)，并参加被告可能启动的其他任何相关司法程序。
The Principal hereby authorizesto act as its attorneys at law to represent it in China for the suit for infringingand other related matters(including the first instance, the second instance, the retrial and enforcement proceeding of criminal proceedings-public or private prosecutions, civil proceedings and administrative “Defendants”), and to represent it in whatsoever relevant judicial procedures and other matters initiated by the Defendants.委托人对受托人的授权范围为全权代理，并有特别授权，包括：提起诉讼；提交诉状和相关证据；申请财产保全、证据保全和/或禁令；调查取证；安排证据公证；代表委托人出庭并发表意见；代表委托人承认、变更或放弃诉讼请求； 1
就案件的程序性和实体性问题提出意见；代表委托人与被告人谈判、和解或参加调解；签署、接受、转送和提交与案件有关的法律文件(包括但不限于起诉状、上诉状、撤诉申请书、中止审理请求书、执行申请书)；申请强制执行；代表委托人应诉，提起反诉和上诉并参与上述诉讼程序；申请中止审理和再审；代表委托人交纳案件受理费、申请执行费、保全费等相关费用；领取法院各项退费；领取法院执行款；参加其他与本案有关的诉讼活动；转委托。
The scope of authorization for each attorney covers full power and authority, especially includes: filing the litigation;submitting the Bill of Complaint and evidences related thereto;applying to the court for property preservation, evidence preservation and/or injunction;investigating and collecting evidence(s);arranging notarization in collecting evidences;appearing before the hearing and making statements and/or arguments on behalf of the Principal;admitting, altering and/or waiving litigation pleas on behalf of the Principal;claiming on both procedural and substantive iues relating to the case;attending negotiation and reaching settlement or conciliation with the Defendants on behalf of the Principal;signing, accepting, delivering and submitting legal documents related thereto(including but not limited to Bill of Complaint, Bill of Appeal, Petition for Withdrawing the Case, Petition for Suspending the Case, Petition for Exercising The Enforced Judgment);applying for compulsory enforcement;attending the litigation, filing counterclaims and appeals and attending the above mentioned litigation procedures on behalf of the Principal;applying for suspension of the litigation or a re-trial of the case on behalf of the Principal;paying the various filing fees, application enforcement fees and preservation fees on behalf of the Principal;taking the various refunds and the execution fees from the court on behalf of the Principal;attending other neceary activities in relation to the case;and re-aign Power of Attorney.(公司章)
