甲乙双方因生产的需要，本着诚信经营、互惠合作的原则，经双方充分协商自愿达成以下代理采购协议。甲方委托乙方作为其在中国的采购代理，全权处理甲方在中国的采购事宜。特签定以下合同，以便双方共同遵守。
For the neceity of production, in the principles of honest operation, mutual benefits and cooperation, and after sufficient negotiation, both Party A and Party B enter into the following purchasing agency agreement in free will.Party A appoints Party B as its sole purchasing busine representative in Mainland China, who will deal with Party A's purchasing matters in Mainland China with full authority.Hereby the agreement is made for joint compliance by both parties.第一条，协议双方的职责：
