Through this communication with the agents, how can we stimulate the agent to work actively? Besides the gift for them, select the best agent and so on.I learn about that there are several existing problems we must solve.These are the voice from the agents summarized as follows:
1.First, salary problem.An agent says they do not need any other things.The most important thing is to increase their salary.They haven’t got the deserved salary so that they feel disappointed and have no power.2.Second, management personnel’s problem.If we really want to change the operation condition, not only should we encourage the agents, but also we must pay highly attention to solve the management personnel’s problem.If not, the lo of our company will constantly expand.Some agents say that the data was not good before, but they were full of confidence to sell the products when the previous Team leaders were with them;However, now, we have bought good data, they lose hope and confidence because of the management.Why they say so? They say during their work，they get much criticism instead of praising and encouragement.They are all in a bad mood.It lacks of communication between the superior and subordinate.Only criticizing makes them feel full of preure.For example, one of agents says she drank water and then went to the bath room for several times.She would
be told that drink le and decrease the time that she went to the bath room.These agents feel that they lose their freedom when they are in our company.They get a lot of mental preure more than the job preure.The agents who have left our company also said they didn’t feel that we cared them and we paid attention to them.3.Third, the agents say that they need to be approved and encouraged so that they can have more confidence and paion to work.It is more effective for them to be encouraged than be given gifts.They need to communicate with the direct leader and expre themselves.It’s very important for our company to listen to their voice.One suggestion for communication is that we can set up a suggestion box of companyfor every staff or agent to expre their idea.It can help us to know what they need for encouraging them to work hard and how they think about their job.We can get more information and suggestion in time to make our company better and better.I believe a succeful enterprise not only consist of the excellent directors or leaders, wonderful enterprise culture but also a group of faithful staffs.Communication creates value.A good communication can do good to our company.通过这次与坐席员工的沟通，公司怎样才能更好的激励坐席积极地工作，除了赠予礼物，评选优秀坐席，或者其它奖励等等，更重要的是我了解到目前存在的几个主要问题，归纳举例说明：
1.工资问题，有个坐席说：不需要什么其他的奖励，工资提高就行，当时说好的工资，没有兑现，觉得很失望，没有动力。
2.管理人员的问题：想要改变运营的现状，不是单单改变坐席的问题，更需很好的解决管理的问题。管理的问题得不到解决，公司的损失将会不断扩大。比如有几个坐席说：之前离开的几个TL在时，数据不好，但大家会有信心出单；而现在公司购买了好的数据，虽能出单，但是大家都没信心，原因在于管理。大家工作时，没有人能及时给予鼓励，只有苛刻的批评，工作压力本来就很大，上下级之间却没有沟通，只有上级对下级的训导，没有商量的余地，因此，相对工作压力，精神压力更大。比如一个坐席说：连喝水，上洗手间都得限制我。之前离开的坐席也说过：工资和所承受的精神压力不成正比，体会不到公司的关怀，所以我们会陆续离开。
3有些坐席说：我们需要得到认可与鼓励，这样才能更有信心与激情工作。精神上的鼓励比物质上的奖励更加能起到作用。加强直接领导和他们的直接沟通是非常有必要的，多倾听他们的心声。
我们有个提议：公司可设立一个意见箱或者类似的平台，给予员工一个自由发表意见，吐露心声的机会，公司领导也能及时了解到员工的想法。一滴水的力量也许微不足道，但是无数滴水汇聚而成的力量是惊人的。我相信每一个成功的企业，除了有出色的管理者，成功的企业文化，更离不开一批忠诚的员工。沟通创造价值，良好的沟通能帮助公司留住一批优秀忠诚的员工，促进公司更好的发展。
