办公自动化论文：办公自动化 ASP 【中文摘要】随着我国教育事业的蓬勃发展和教育体制改革的不断深入,高校日常管理的工作效率问题越来越受到教育界所重视,作为新兴的民办高校重庆信息技术职业学院,近年来,各级领导都高度重视校园信息化建设。当前,重庆信息技术职业学院日常的业务、公文管理等信息量不断膨胀,原有的低效办公方式与不断增长的办公业务量之间的矛盾日益尖锐,依靠人工手段及时对大量的信息进行收集、整理和分析是难以做到的,同时,高校日常行政管理的办公自动化系统的建设和应用情况在很大程度上反映出学校管理的现代化水平。因此,只有改革传统的办公方式,充分利用先进的办公技术,逐步实现信息管理现代化,才能提高办公效率以适应形势的发展,为信息的上传、下达提供极为生动的通信方式。因此,建立一个高质量并且符合我校实际情况的办公自动化系统,是发展我校教育事业、提高我校办学管理水平和工作效率的一个重要且必要的手段之一。本课题针对目前重庆信息技术职业学院在日常办公过程中存在的问题,研制了一个建立在局域网环境之上的民办高校办公自动化系统,构建了一个能科学采集、分类、存储日常办公信息,满足日常办公需求,便于重庆信息技术职业学院各级行政管理部门使用的灵活高效办公模式。并围绕该系统的功能实现及系统实现时所涉及的关键技术进行了研究与探讨。它的设计与实现是一个很复杂的系统工程,是局域网技术与信息系统开发方法的统一。本文阐述了一个基于WEB的B/S结构的民办高校办公自动化系统的设计与实现过程。具体工作如下:(1)介绍本系统的开
发背景和本系统的国内外发展现状;(2)论述了开发本办公自动化系统开发过程中的理论支持、技术基础和实现的关键技术;(3)对本系统进行了需求分析和功能的设计,确定系统的体系结构;(4)以行政管理子系统、车辆管理子系统、个人办公子系统和考勤管理子系统等为例阐述系统的具体实现过程。本系统利用Internet实现了我校办公自动化的管理,提高了学校日常管理的工作效率和工作的透明度,为全校师生各方面工作带来了很大方便。
【英文摘要】With the vigorous development of China’s educational undertakings and the deepening of reform of educational system, the efficiency of the daily management of universities is increasingly being valued by the education sector, as new private universities in Chongqing Information Technology Vocational College, in recent years, leaders at all levels attaches great importance to the campus information technology.At present, Chongqing Information Technology Vocational College daily busine, document management, information continues to expand, the existing inefficient office procedures and office operations growing increasingly acute contradictions between the amount of relying on artificial means of timely collection of large amounts of information , collation and analysis is difficult to do, while the daily administration of the university system’s
construction and office automation application to a large extent reflects the level of modern school management.Therefore, the only way to reform the traditional office, make full use of advanced office technology, the progreive realization of modernization of information management to improve office efficiency to adapt to the development, in order to upload the information, aigned to provide a very vivid way to communicate.Therefore, the establishment of a high-quality and consistent with the actual situation in our school office automation systems, is the development of our school education, improve the management of our school education level and work efficiency is an important and neceary means.This topic in Chongqing Information Technology Vocational College in the ordinary course of busine problems, develop a LAN environment built on top of office automation system of private universities, to build a scientific collection, claification, storage, routine office information, to meet the daily office needs, easy to Chongqing Information Technology Vocational College administrative departments at all levels, flexible and efficient use of working models.And around the realization of the function of the system and system implementations of the key technologies involved in the research and discuion.Its
design and implementation is a very complicated system, a local area network technology and information systems development approach unity.This paper describes a WEB-based B/S structure of the Office Automation System Private Universities design and implementation.Specifically as follows:(1)describes the background and development of the system development status of the system at home and abroad;(2)discues the development of the office automation system to support the proce of developing the theory, technology base and key technologies;(3)of the system requirement analysis and functional design, determine the architecture of the system;(4)The administration subsystem, vehicle management subsystem, personal office management subsystem and other subsystems and attendance system, the specific example described implementation proce.The system uses Internet to achieve our school office automation management, improve the daily management of the school’s work efficiency and transparency in all aspects of work for the whole school is a big convenience.【关键词】办公自动化 ASP B/S 用户角色
