文本听说课教学设计与目的一、教学目标:

1.知识与技能:

Learn the words,phrases and sentences from the context.

Train students’ listening and speaking skills

2.过程与方法:

According to the Use Ss centered-teaching methods and Task –based language teaching method.Make the students enable to grasp the skills of listening and speaking.3.情感、态度、价值观:

培养学生有礼貌的待人接物,表达自己的想法

二、教学重点:

Ask for suggestions: What shall we do? Where shall we go?

Making suggestions: Couldn’t we go somewhere outside Edinburgh? What/How about going up into the Pentland Hills? We could do a bit of climbing.Why don’t we go for a long walk?

Agreeing: That’s not a bad idea!That’s a good idea!Disagreeing: I don’t know.I’m not very keen on climbing.Walking’s not really my thing, either.No way!

三、教学过程:

StepI.Guidance:

Enjoy a short piece of movie about the Scenery of Edinburgh and Pentland Hills.影视风光片的目的在于活跃气氛,调动学生的积极性,减少学生的紧张情绪。一些有关地点和事件的图片与此课任物相关联,这样引入就能自然过渡到本节课的内容。任务前活动用于扫除学生的语言障碍,因此在教学上以激发学生的学习兴趣为主,通过活动让学生感知、操练语言,为下一步活动做好铺垫。

Step II.Leading in and presentation:

Leading in the new phrases and key centenses.T: what do you think of the pictures in the movie?

Ss: Beautiful/Nice/Fantastic...T: Do you Know where they are? Ss: …

T: They are in England.(图片展示Edinburgh和Pentland Hills)

The Pentland hills are situated just outside of Edinburgh.Do you want to have fun there? I want to go there with you this weekend.But I’m sorry to know that we will have our art festival rehearsal on Saturday.(展示图片rehearsal).What shall we do?

Ss: Why not… /Why don’t we…/ How about …?(教师可提前将表示提建议的句型写在黑板上,引导学生使用这些语句来提建议。)T: That’s a good idea./ Maybe that will help./ But the rehearsal is important and We’ve got large parts.I will think about your suggestions.先利用图片展示进行新单词句型的引入,让学生熟悉,这样更形象,更贴近生活,学生更容易接受,加强了师生间的合作与交流,同时训练了目标语言。

Step III.Listening

1.Listen and answer the question

T: Now let’s listen to the conversation and answer the question:

a.When will be the dre rehearsal ?

b.Will they go to the Pentland hills in the end?

2.Listen to the tape again and match the persons with their ideas.Zoe a.catch up on some sleep.Jack b.take a picnic

Lan c.go for a long walk

3.Listen to the tape for the 3rd time and fill in the blanks.Next Sunday Jack and his friends want to go somewhere __________ Edinburgh, but they couldn’t go to far places because of the dre rehearsal.So maybe the Pentland Hills is a good place for them.They could go for a _________.Kally agrees with Jack.And Zoe suggests they could __________ with them.But Lan is not very keen on ___________.She is going to ____________ some sleep.4.Read after the tape.在学生掌握好的前面的知识的基础上再处理学习文本上的知识,就化难为简,学生才能得心应手,减轻学习难度。这节课是听说课,所以“听”作为输入性材料必不可少,让学生有任务的去听,教师通过任务的布置来让学生知道怎么听,听什么。让学生有目的的去学习。

StepIV.Practice(Group work)

1.Read in groups(each group four students)

Read the conversation in role.2.Act out the conversation.(Practice in groups then ask some of the groups to act the conversation out in front of the cla.)听、说不分家,在学生充分听过材料之后,要安排出时间让学生对于文本资料中的词汇、句型进行近一步熟悉。分角色朗读课文和课本剧的表演是很好的方法。这些形式可以充分调动学生们的学习兴趣和学习积极性。

Step V.Summary

Let Ss summarize the key words ,sentences and ways to give suggestions first.And the teacher gives them proper consolidation.同时让学生整体回顾本节课的重点内容。再经过老师的归纳、总结,使之成为规律性的知识,便于记忆!

Step VI.Game:“The best choice”

Teacher gives each group a certain situation.Choose one student to be the host.The others in the group should give him or her suggestions and he or she should use all kinds of reasons to refuse the suggestions politely.The one that the host can’t give a proper to will be the winner.(different situations:

a.You want to go to your best friend’s birthday party, but there will be an important exam the next day.b.Your mother’s birthday is coming.What will you do for your mother.c.You want to have a relax.What can you do?

通过这个游戏练习本节课的重点句型,这样的设计使得课堂气氛活跃,也让此堂课别开生面,乐趣横生。同时培养学生的多种能力,让其能动手动口。通过这一活动,使学生在掌握一定的英语基础知识和基本技能,能与小组成员合作共同完成学习任务,发展语言的综合运用能力,并创造性地使用英语表达自己的思想。在情境中运用所学知识真正使学生能学有所用。

通过学生的总结将知识点总结成系统,再由游戏强化刚学过的句型及词汇,让学生在活动中把学习的知识掌握好。

Step VII.Homework

1.Write a short paage about the game.(Write down the conversations between the host and the others in their groups in the game.)

2.Think about a problem in your daily life and write a letter to “Teen Talk”to ask for help.通过以上几步的语言输入练习,让学生在进一步创造性活用所学语言,进行语言的输出练习。提高学生的听、说、读、写的综合能力。
