课文写的是战争时期发生在孤儿院的一个故事。孤儿阮恒为了抢救受了重伤的小伙伴，毅然献出自己的鲜血，挽救了伙伴的生命。当问他为什么要献血时，他只是说“她是我的朋友”。学习目标
1．会认8个生字，会写13个生字。正确读写“查看、休克、迫在眉睫、草垫、呜咽、拳头、竭力”等词语。2．有感情地朗读课文。
3．从动作、神情的变化中体会阮恒的内心活动，感受朋友间真挚的友谊和阮恒无私奉献的精神。
4．体会作者是如何抓住人物的动作、神情进行描写的，体会文章字里行间所包含的对阮恒的敬佩之情。重点难点
抓住描写阮恒献血时动作、神情的语句，体会阮恒献血时的内心活动，感受朋友间真挚的友谊和阮恒无私奉献的精神。教学准备

一、初步感知内容，了解故事起因
（一）听故事，感知故事的起因（教师配乐配图讲故事，或录音故事）
（二）交流汇报，体会小姑娘伤势的严重。交流汇报：当时的情况是怎样的？
学生在汇报交流的过程中，明白以下几个要点：
（1）一个小姑娘受伤了，伤势很严重，甚至随时会有生命危险。输血能够救活她，因此需要立刻给小姑娘输血。（相机理解“迫在眉睫”一词，读准字音，明白意思。）
（2）医生和护士都不具有她的血型，有几个未受伤的孤儿可以给她输血。
（三）指导感情朗读课文2、3自然段，在读中再次体会小姑娘伤势的严重。
二、挖掘文本内涵，感受人间真情
（一）自学课文，理清故事的发展。
要求：默读课文5-10自然段，画出描写小男孩献血前、献血时动作、神情的语句，边读边画边体会，看从中能体会到什么？
（二）解读课文，感受朋友间的真挚友谊。
1、体会阮恒决定献血时的害怕、犹豫、勇敢的矛盾心理 ①（课件出示：课文5自然段）
② 学生结合阮恒举手时的动作体会阮恒的心理。
提出问题;阮恒举手时为什么“颤抖”？为什么把手“举起来”，又“放下去”，然后又“举起来”？
③ 感情朗读本段课文，进一步体会阮恒当时既害怕又勇敢的矛盾心理，读出阮恒最终做出决定时的勇敢与无畏。
④ 师生评议再读，把握朗读的技巧，表现课文所表达的感情所在。
2、研读阮恒献血时的神情与动作，体会阮恒献血时的勇敢与无畏

朗读段落，结合描写阮恒神情、动作的重点词语，找出自己感受最深或有疑问的一处，在小组内交流感受，解决疑问，解决不了的一会儿提出来，和同学交流。③ 交流解疑，体会感悟 学生提疑问，在解决疑问的过程中理清线索，明确课文的深层含义。

三、与主人公对话，直抒内心情感
（一）明白科学常识，深层体会阮恒无私奉献的精神
结合11自然段，引导学生汇报所查阅、了解的资料，明白输血的科学常识。
（二）感悟友情，升华情感体会阮恒的勇敢创造了生命奇迹：阮恒不会死，小姑娘也因为他勇敢地献血而活了下来。（相机板书：活）明白阮恒勇敢献血的原因： 阮恒的回答是“她是我的朋友。”深刻体会朋友间的真挚友情：
在朋友最需要帮助的时候，宁愿牺牲自己的生命，这是难能可贵的品质，这是朋友之间真挚（或深厚、真诚）友情的体现。（相机板书：深厚 真挚 真诚（根据学生的理解任选一词））
（三）回归课题，抒发情感
有感情的再读课题，读出人间最真挚的友情。
（四）与阮恒对话，直抒情感 你想对阮恒说些什么？
四、拓展延伸
为学生设置情境，要学生寻求帮助朋友的最佳途径和方法。（引导学生做到在现实生活中要要尽自己最大努力去帮助自己的朋友。）
五、作业设计
根据学生情况分层次布置作业：小姑娘得救了，阮恒也安然无恙，他们一起在孤儿院里生活、游戏，还会发生什么事。请同学们展开丰富的想象，续写一个小故事，要写清楚她们的神情、动作、语言等。（难度较大）观察生活中朋友之间互相帮助的事例，写在自己的作文或日记里，注意写清人物的语言、动作等。（多数学生都能够完成）板书设计
设计说明：本课板书围绕“死”与“活”两字来设计。将“小姑娘”与“死”相连，体会小姑娘生命的危险、情况的紧急，将“阮恒”与“死”相连，阮恒的内心活动很形象地再现出来，用虚线相连，说明这两种情况的可能性；将“小姑娘”、“阮恒”与“活”相连，把文章的结果很直观地表现出来，“真挚的友情”与“活”相连，再现了人间真情的神奇力量，体现了文章的中心。课后反思：
在本课的教学中，我引导学生学会抓住文中的重点语句由表及里地探究人物的内心世界；并引导学生用完整的恰当的句式表达自己的观点。同时，极其注重语文学习的人文性，采用多种方法让学生体会阮恒献血前的矛盾和献血时的坚强，感受朋友之间的真挚友谊，引导学生树立正确的友情观。
在学习阮恒献血之前的表情和动作的句子时，主要由老师引导进行，让学生深刻理解何为“讨论”，让他们真正围绕课文的关键句、段进行揣测、思考。其次，在学习阮恒献血时的表现时，是本课的重难点所在，我放手让学生依照刚才的讨论法进行自学，勾画出描写阮恒动作、神情的语句，通过“读——勾画——表达”这样的方式让学生自主探讨从关键语句中读懂了什么。并且教师适时质疑，引发学生思考，让学生充分理解阮恒献血时内心很复杂，然后交流汇报。这种由抓到放的过程让学生的思路清晰了，同时对学生进行了学法的指导，完成了教学任务，也突破了教学重难点。
