重点:通过图片和相关词汇谈论中国古代的故事。

难点:故事名或书名的是写规范。

【课中探究】

关于故事,传说的若干要素:时间,地点,人物,起因,经过和结果。这些要素都可以通过who, what, when, where, why, how等疑问词来引出。例如:

1.When and where did the story happen?(时间和地点)

2.Who is the main character?(人物)

3.How does the story begin?(起因)

4.What happened? Why did that happen?(经过)

5.What is the end of the story?(结果)

故事开头的集中描述:once upon a time, long long ago, one day… 故事结尾:概括主要内容,阐述道理,感受,评价……

注意故事名,书名的书写规范

①书名,故事名,寓言名等,单词首字母要大写;

②名称中有借此,虚词,冠词无需大写;

③印刷体中名称要斜体。

1.词义辨析: because of 和because 的辨析

because of 和 because 均为“因为”的意思,两者区别在于前者是介词短语,后面可接名词、代词或名词短语,而后者是连词,后面接句子。例

2.语法聚焦:Nobody wanted to sound stupid.Sound此处为系动词,意为:听起来。其后常跟形容词作表语。常见短

语sound like,听起来像……后跟名词,短语或句子。

常见“感觉”类连系动词:
