1小学英语学习中的小组合作
实践证明,无论在学生语言能力的提高,还是在学生人格塑造上,小组合作学习都是一条优化外语教学的有效途径。在教学实践中笔者尝试合作小组学习,充分发挥学生学习主动性,收到良好效果。合作学习小组的建立应遵循3个原则:一是自愿,二是成员互补,三是人数要少。它不同于班级授课制,使竞争环境转向合作环境,组内每个成员都有展现自己能力的机会。要发挥小组学习功能,成员必须明确分工,使人人都有任务。原则上小组设一名组长、一名纪律监督员、一名质检员。岗位要定期轮换,使人人都体验不同岗位的责任和乐趣,逐步培养兴趣,提高能力。某个学生个体的能力在全班同学中可能不是最突出的,但在合作小组中却有可能是佼佼者。尽管有的组员考试成绩暂时不够理想,但是他(她)在某些方面有突出表现,教师要创造多种机会,调动他们的积极性和主动性,让他们为代表集体完成任务而自豪,使失败者重新获得自信。小组合作学习通过个人、小组、班级3个层次分别达标来完成教学任务:组员根据自己的实际情况,尽其所能达到不同标准,小组各成员之间相互学习,取长补短,力争使小伙伴在组内达标,并实现全组达标;以组为单位,在全班范围内评比奖励,各组相互学习,赶先帮后,力争全班达标。这当中教师必须准确把握学生不同情况,做到心中有数,从预习、复习的要求到练习的设计都要划分好层次。学生根据自己的学习情况自选学习内容,通过组员之间的相互合作达标。不同的合作方式给学生提供不同的机会,以实现各尽所长的目的。
及时评价小组学习,能够使每位组员更清楚自己的每一点进步,体验成功的喜悦,从而进一步激发兴趣。教师要引导学生组内团结协作,组际拼搏竞争。对小组学习的评价应该坚持以评集体为主,个人为辅;以评全面为主,评特色为辅;以评过程为主,评结果为辅,使学生不断看到自己经过辛勤努力取得的进步,看到同伴之间共同奋斗获得的佳绩,进一步明白小组学习的意义和重大作用,从而更好地开展小组学习活动。
